I had the opposite problem! My brown lunch bag consisted of one of those teeny yogurts, a teeny box of pretzels, a bruised apple (we have that in common!), and a teeny water (just, why?). Everything was small and fat-free. It wasn't until I was an adult that the concept of fats being helpful and fat-free stuff being harmful due to its sugar content came to light. Now, I eat full-fat everything I can find because I'm an adult and I can pack my own da*& lunch bag. We can all blame our moms for something. (I guess we should also blame them for keeping us alive, though!)
